The Y21 delivers three distinct movement patterns, each targeting different fitness goals:

Shake — Vertical vibration. Low intensity. Relaxes leg muscles and promotes leg blood circulation. Ideal for warm-up and recovery.
Swing — Side-to-side oscillation. Medium intensity. Alleviates leg muscles and nerves, achieves fitness effect at the same time. Great for toning.
Shake + Swing — Combined motion. High intensity. Whole body exercise, consumes more energy, promotes blood circulation. Maximum calorie burn.

🔵 15 Speed Levels — Full Intensity Control

Press Speed + or Speed − to adjust from Level 1 (gentle) to Level 15 (maximum). The machine starts in default Auto mode R03 at 15 minutes when powered on. Timer: 5–30 minutes adjustable in 5-minute increments.

🔵 Wireless Wrist Remote — Control Without Bending Down

The included wrist watch-style wireless remote lets you control everything hands-free while you exercise: Power — Speed +/− — Auto mode — Manual mode — LED on/off — Timer. No need to bend down mid-workout.

Standing — Stand on the machine. Relaxes leg muscles, promotes leg blood circulation.
Lying — Elbow support, body in a straight line. Shapes body curve, prevents fat ptosis.
Sitting & Stretch — Sit on machine, arms raised. Targets abdomen, buttocks, slim waist, lifts hips.
Relax Shoulder — Sit on machine, hands back open. Eases shoulder and neck periarthritis. Ideal for office workers.
Relax Leg — Sit on chair, feet on machine. Promotes leg circulation, relieves varicose veins. Ideal for the elderly.

🔵 Magic Rope Included — Add Upper Body Training

The magic pull rope transforms the Y21 into a full-body workout station. 6 rope exercise patterns target arms, shoulders, chest, back and legs simultaneously. Dumbbells can also be used as a substitute for even more variety.

🔵 Ultra-Quiet — ≤55dB

The Y21’s motor operates at ≤55dB — quieter than a normal conversation. Work out at home, in an apartment, or late at night without disturbing anyone.
