The BODYCARE BC-230 is a full-coverage neck and back massage cushion that combines kneading, tapping, air compression, heat, and vibration into one intelligent seat. Its unique up-down walking mechanism slides massage heads along your entire spine — targeting neck, upper back, lower back, waist, and hips with precision. Compatible with office chairs, car seats, and sofas.

5 Core Functions

1. Neck Kneading with Heat
Massage nodes roll forward and reverse along the neck, with adjustable up/down positioning to fit any body size. Heat activates simultaneously for deeper muscle relief.

2. Full Back Kneading & Tapping with Heat
Choose Full, Upper, or Lower back coverage. Three massage modes (M1 / M2 / M3) combine kneading and tapping with a walking function that slides up and down your spine. Heat can be applied to neck and back simultaneously.

3. Spot Massage
Press the Spot button to lock the massage heads at the exact position you need — for pinpoint relief on any tight area.

4. Waist Air Compression
Rhythmic air pressure targets the waist and lumbar region. Three intensity levels: Low / Medium / High.

5. Seat Vibration
Built-in vibrating motors at the hip relax the body and strengthen metabolism. Three levels: Low / Medium / High.

• ▲ Up / ▼ Down — Adjusts neck massage node height
• Neck Kneading — Toggles forward/reverse neck massage direction
• Upper / Full / Lower — Selects back massage zone
• Spot — Locks massage heads at current position
• Mode (M1/M2/M3) — Selects kneading + tapping combination
• Seat Massage — Controls seat vibration (L/M/H)
• Air Pressure — Controls waist compression (L/M/H)
• Heat — Activates heat for neck and back
• Timer — Sets auto shut-off: 5 / 10 / 15 minutes
