Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your item. Given the high-value and specialized nature of our products, we kindly ask that you inspect your order promptly upon delivery. After this period, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• Accompanied by all original tags, accessories, and documentation
• Supported by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened hygiene or health-related products (e.g., massage chair accessories, foot care products)
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Refund Process

1. Contact us via Contact Us to submit a return request
2. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
3. Once approved, we will provide a return address and instructions
4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

Return Shipping Costs

• Returns due to defective or incorrect items are covered by us

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, please indicate this in your return request. We will arrange shipment once we receive the returned item.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
