Thank you for choosing iRest. We value your trust and care about your experience long after delivery. From faults during the warranty period to repair needs after years of use, iRest continues to provide after-sales support.

This page explains your warranty coverage, how to arrange service and the charges that may apply, so you know what support is available when you need it.

1. Warranty Policy Update

Effective date: 25 October 2026

Following an update to our company policy, the warranty for iRest massage chairs has changed from two years to a five-year limited warranty.

The new policy applies to iRest massage chairs purchased on or after 25 October 2026, based on the purchase date shown on the invoice.

Products purchased before this date remain subject to the warranty period and terms applicable at the time of purchase. This policy update does not automatically extend earlier purchases to a five-year warranty.

2. Your Product Coverage

iRest Massage Chairs

All iRest massage chair models purchased on or after 25 October 2026 carry a five-year limited warranty from the purchase date shown on the invoice.

During the warranty period, iRest provides free inspection and replacement parts for manufacturing defects not caused by the user. This includes core components such as the massage mechanism and mainboard.

Massage Cushions, Foot Massagers & Other Small Massage Products

These products carry a one-year warranty from the purchase date shown on the invoice.

Understanding Limited Warranty Coverage

A limited warranty provides support for qualifying product faults. It does not mean that every component, cause of damage or service is covered free of charge. Coverage depends on the applicable warranty terms, inspection findings and valid proof of purchase.

The following sections describe the updated warranty and service policy. Earlier purchases remain subject to their original applicable terms.

3. How to Arrange After-Sales Service

If your product develops a fault, contact an official iRest service channel to explain the issue, or bring the product to a designated official store during business hours.

To help our team understand your request, we recommend preparing:

  • Your purchase invoice or valid proof of purchase.
  • The product model and serial number.
  • A description of the fault.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue, where possible.

Following inspection, iRest will assess the cause of the fault and the product's condition to determine the applicable coverage, repair or replacement option and any charges involved.

Please retain your purchase documents so that your purchase date and warranty eligibility can be verified when service is required.

4. Repairs & Product Replacement

For a product with a major defect, iRest may choose to repair or replace it, depending on the circumstances.

If a product is replaced, the original product's warranty period ends, and the replaced product becomes the property of iRest.

5. Collection, Return & Transport Charges

Customers may bring their products to a designated official store during business hours.

Charges for collecting, returning or transporting defective products are payable by the customer. Free inspection and replacement parts under warranty do not include free transport.

6. Long-Term After-Sales Support

The end of the warranty period does not mean the end of support.

iRest continues to provide long-term paid after-sales support for products outside their applicable warranty period, or where an exclusion prevents free repair.

Call-out, labour, parts and logistics charges are payable at the applicable standard rates.

7. Coverage Limits & Exclusions

The following information explains circumstances that fall outside long-term free warranty coverage or affect warranty eligibility.

Upholstery, Cosmetic Wear & Consumable Items

Normal upholstery wear, scratches and peeling, as well as items such as batteries and remote-control screens, are not included in long-term free warranty coverage.

Use, Environment & Repairs

The warranty becomes void in the following circumstances:

  • A domestic massage chair is used in a commercial or public setting without authorisation.
  • The product is disassembled or modified without authorisation.
  • Repairs are carried out by an unofficial service provider.
  • Damage results from human or environmental causes, such as water ingress or unstable voltage.
  • The product's serial number is missing.

Missing Purchase Documents

If a valid purchase invoice or proof of purchase cannot be provided, service and parts may be charged at the applicable standard rates.

8. Preparing for On-Site Service

To help services involving on-site work proceed safely and smoothly, please ensure that access routes, lifts and the product's placement area are safe, clear and suitable. Please also arrange any building or community access and work permits in advance.

Preparing the site beforehand helps reduce inconvenience and delays during service.

9. A Respectful & Safe Service Environment

We care about every customer's experience and the safety and dignity of our staff. We aim to resolve product and service concerns through clear communication and mutual respect.

In the event of abusive, threatening, insulting or highly aggressive behaviour, iRest reserves the right to suspend, cancel or refuse service.
